No. While the Command Cruise Control systems can be universal in their fitments there are subtle differences between different makes and models which require specific parts to create a complete solution. The right cruise is dependent on vehicle make, model, year of manufacture, fuel type and if the vehicle is automatic or manual.     Different sensor colours are available in standard black, white and silver. Can you paint Command Parking sensors? Yes, standard black sensors are fully paintable to colour match your vehicle. Can the Command Parking Sensor systems be use with less than 4 sensors? Yes, all of the Command Parking Sensor systems are designed to be used with as few as 1 sensor. Can Command Parking Sensors be fitted into steel bumpers and bull bars? Yes. Command Parking Sensors use large silicone retainers that fully in case the ultrasonic sensor head meaning they are suitable for fitment into plastic or steel bumpers. Need longer sensor leads? Yes. Sensor leads can be extended with our Parking Sensor Extension Cable adding and addition 2.4m or sensors can be upgraded to Long Lead Sensors which are 4.8m in length. Can Sensor sensitivity be adjusted? Sensor sensitivity can be adjusted on the CMD16-4, CMD10-4 and CMD04-4 units to overcome false alarming from extended tow bars, spare wheels, and other fitted accessories.

    When is the camera on? The cameras can be activated via the reverse light lamp or permanently via 12v accessory power while the vehicle is running depending on customer requirements. Can Command cameras be used as front facing cameras? Yes, the Command passenger range of cameras have the ability for image reversal for front facing applications. Refer to instruction booklet. Can I connect more than one camera to a Command monitor? Yes, all Command Parking Systems monitors have at least 2 inputs and can accept more than one camera. Can the parking assistance lines be removed from the reversing image? Yes, the Command passenger vehicle range of cameras have parking assistance lines that can be removed by cutting the correct loop wire at the camera. Refer to instruction booklet.
  • Are any of the Command Parking Systems able to work on 24v?

    Yes, the Heavy Duty range of monitors are suitable for 24v applications. They create a regulated 12v output for connection to the camera so that 12v camera can be used.
